Tips for Members:

Telephone Directories:

Don Grant has advised that the new telephone directories for KW no longer cover Cambridge and Elmira residential listings.  You can pick up the directories for these locations at a Bell store.  Alternatively, if you have a Bell account and are over 65, you can register with Bell to be exempt from paying any charge for using 411 to find a local number.  The number to phone is 310-2355 and ask for billing. Complete details can be found under Tips for Members on our club's website.

Shingles:

At the March meeting Doug Bean updated us on a vaccine that is available as a preventative for shingles. It also helps control post shingle pain.  Doug advised if you are interested in knowing more about this and its appropriateness to your situation you should discuss it with you family doctor.

Thanks to Dolf Bogad for taking the pictures for this months Probuzz. The Outdoors Group is thanks to Jim Bowman.
